Sites I love: Creepypasta.com

Creepypasta is a user submitted short story site mostly dealing with horror.  There are several different kinds of horror to read.  My personal favorites are the entries in Beings & Entities which include stories about demons and other assorted visitors from other planes.  I was turned on to this site a couple years ago when I started looking into information on the Slenderman.  The site itself is pretty plain being a black background with a picture of a spooky forest as the only site related image. The right hand side is where you will find links and advertising which at times has some spooky images vaguely related to the site.

The sections are: Artifacts & Objects, Beings & Entities, Dreams & Madness, Locations & Sites, Murders & Deaths, Rites & Rituals, Strange & Unkown, and Uncategorized.  Each story is screened before being accepted to the site and then is subject to user review and critique.  There are numerous stories of creators that went on to write books based on the stories that they have created.  The site is not without "funny" horror stories as well so there is something for anyone to find and read.  If you are bored and looking to get your heart racing with some good horror give creepypasta.com a try.  Thank you and have a good night.
