Today's Thing-a-Day Thing is another bad MS Painting on a real landscape painting.

I just found out it's called "upcycling"... I think.

It's supposed to be the Lorax from Dr. Seuss's "The Lorax".

So... I bad MS-painted Blinky the 3-eyed fish from the Simpsons over a landscape painting!

Wayne White good real-paints words over landscape paintings. Those paintings are worth buying. My painting is just ok enough to put up on this blog. It might get 7 views!

Only 2 of those views will be me!

Day 96 - Dogwood Lawn Statue!!!! - 4/5/2015

Happy Easter! Happy Eostre!


A couple weekends ago I bought a rabbit lawn statue at Lowe's.

I sprayed a whole can of bright orange spray paint on it, because Dogwood is orange.

Then I used black patio paint for the eyes and nose.

And white acrylic paint for the fluffy cotton tail.

It's today's Thing-a-Day Thing!

It's my first piece of lawn kitsch!

Heeeeeeerrrrre's Dogwood!

Maybe I'll take more pictures another day so it doesn't have the weird light line on it's face.

Dogwood is a girl.

A girl bunny.

An orange girl bunny.

A gutter-mouthed bunny rabbit.

Day 95 - Flaming Moe Energy Drink Defictionalized Product Review! - 4/4/2015

It's been a while since I've done one of these!

Sir Mike bought this for me a couple weeks ago. I finally got around to reviewing it!

I know. I say "I don't taste any different". I'm good with words.

Any ideas for defictionalized product reviews? I'll review any defictionalized products I can find!  Especially if they are sent as gifts!

Fire made it better, patrons make me better...
