Rejected by the New Yorker! Volume 7...

I sent a couple comics to the New Yorker a looooong time ago.

They finally got back to me today!

I got rejected again...

Whelp, here are the 2 newest rejections...

I'll get one in one of these days!!!!

Rejected by the New Yorker Volume 6!

Here are 4 more comics I submitted to the New Yorker magazine. They finally let me know last night that they do not want them.

I really would like to get one into the magazine some time, but I'm not expecting it any time soon. I like to draw these.

Rejected by the New Yorker 4 and 5!

I submitted a couple new comics to the New Yorker and they were almost immediately rejected.

Here ya go:

I still think they're funny.

Oh well. I'll try again when I come up with more.

Rejected by the New Yorker 3!

Here is the most recent comic I submitted to the New Yorker!

They didn't want it.

Maybe I should have written "Imaginary Staircase" instead?

I just submitted 2 more comics to the New Yorker! So they'll probably be rejected in a couple months.

New P 'n E Drawing and other Drawings!!!

I saw this on some Pampers wipes at work:

It's a bear and a rabbit and a cloud!

Like Claudius and Dogwood and a Ponder Cloud!

So I drew this:

I hadn't done a P 'n E comic since Thanksgiving!

That was far too long.

Before I drew that I did some sketches!

This was the first time I'd drawn the strip version of myself with a beard! I'm wearing a poorly-sketched Ponder Couch shirt! You can get a real one here!

I also drew a weird MisterSeth picture. The name "Monkeys, Monsters, and MisterSeth" is what I will call my professionally-recorded MisterSeth album, if it ever gets recorded.

I also drew a squirrel!

My coteacher told me it looked like Master Splinter before he mutated. I told her that was one of the most wonderfully geeky things I've heard her say. I'm so proud of her.

I should draw more often. I forgot how much I enjoy it.

I like monkeys.

I finally got word back from the New Yorker that they rejected the 3rd comic I pitched.

I figured they would, but I wish they didn't take so long with their rejections.

MS Paint is the best comic medium.

I've always wanted to be a comic strip artist.

I used to do a couple comics: P 'n E and Impending Doom!

I submitted a couple comics to the New Yorker! I didn't think they'd accept them, and guess what?
