Day 215 - My Hands! - 8/4/2015

Today's Thing-a-Day Thing is a poem I wrote with a picture I MS Painted!

My Hands

I threw my hands in the air

and waved them like I didn't care.

They got stuck in the fan,

spun me 'round and again,

and threw me down 3 flights of stairs.

I've been reading a biography of Shel Silverstein. It inspired me to write a poem and draw a picture to go with it.

Now if only a publishing company would hire me to write 10 books full of these kinds of things...

Day 13 - a Limerick - 1/13/2015

There once was a South Caroliner
Who met a blind date at a diner.
He said, "see ya lata"
'cuz she called him "Data"
for he looked a bit like Brent Spiner.
