Well, I've reviewed every other Krispy Kreme Glazed Pie I could find, and I love blueberries and their pie...

Oh goddammit...  Let's hope this isn't the best KKGP I've ever tasted.

Why do all the new ones have to be "Limited Time Only!"? What if I want to buy one a week?

And what's with that slice of pie? Have you ever seen a blue slice of pie that looked like that? If it exists I would love to try it.

I don't think I'm going to buy one every week, but I still kinda wish it was always available.

Day 102 - Krispy Kreme Glazed Key Lime Pie Review! - 4/11/2015

Well I have to review this. I mean, I've reviewed all the other Glazed Krispy Kreme Pies I've found.

Krispy Kreme Glazed Pumpkin Pie! - A review from the Ponder Couch

How was your Halloween? Mine was great!

Well, it was good, but it could've been better. I had a costume party that I had to skip due to illness, and it was raining so we only got two Trick or Treaters. And they weren't in costumes. But I did watch "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" so the evening was saved.

I didn't post anything other than comics during October! I planned to, but got busy and decided to just enjoy the whole Halloween month without feeling obligated to post about it.

On to Thanksgiving!

A few days before Halloween I discovered this:

I've enjoyed each of the Krispy Kreme glazed pie variations that I've been able to find. And Pumpkin Pie is one of my favorite kinds of pie (second only to sweet potato). But I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to try this. It did not sound like pumpkin filling would go well with the glazed crust.

But I had to try it. I've reviewed all the other kinds I've found at my local grocery store, and this was available for a Limited Time Only!

So I bought one, hoping I was wrong about the taste and flavor.

I was.

More about that in a bit, but first... what's with the 4PUM on the back of the box? Did that mean 4 PUMpkin? For pumpkin? Or was that some other unrelated and coincidental thing?

Now back to the glazed pie.

They are very, very good.

I ate this pie like 3 weeks ago, and I can't quite remember exactly how it tasted and felt. I just remember that I was pleasantly surprised. If I remember correctly the pumpkin pie-like filling was much creamier than actual pumpkin pie filling. It was more like the normal creme filling you'd expect from a doughnut with some pumpkin-style spices.

Delicious.

I would put them as number 3 on my list of favorites after #1 Banana Kreme and #2 Lemon Pies! Unfortunately the Glazed Pumpkin Pies are for a "Limited Time Only!", just like the Banana Kreme pies.

So go out and buy a bunch and distribute them among your favorite family members at your Thanksgiving get-together!

Krispy Kreme, if you're reading this, please send me a case of your Glazed Banana Kreme pies. I miss them so.

Krispy Kreme Glazed Peach Pie! - a review from the Ponder Couch

Look what I found!

It's a flavor of Krispy Kreme Glazed Pies that I didn't try for my Krispy Kreme Glazed Pies review! This one is Peach Pie! I used to not care for peach flavors other than actual peaches themselves, but recently I've found the I quite enjoy fake peach flavoring, especially sodas.

As with my favorite of the Krispy Kreme Glazed Pies, Banana Kreme, Peach is available for a "Limited Time Only!"

Let's a-try this-a pie!

It's pretty good! I still prefer fake peach flavoring or whole peaches to anything with cooked peaches, but I'd eat it again!

I'm trying to be more descriptive in my reviews so I'll describe this as "a Krispy Kreme Doughnut full of peach preserves".

Yeah... I'll do better next review.

Krispy Kreme Glazed Pies! - a review from the Ponder Couch

I tweeted this after trying a Krispy Kreme Glazed Banana Kreme Pie and a Krispy Kreme Glazed Lemon Pie. They were both amazing. There are actually five different kinds of Krispy Kreme Glazed Pies available at the new Marsh grocery store which is up the street from my house (the Ponder Haus).

I loved all two of the glazed pies I tried and was sad that they were only for a limited time.

So I decided to review them all while they are still around. Then I found out that only the Banana Cream Glazed Pie (my favorite) is the only one that is for a limited time. Only.

So here goes the reviews!

Glazed Chocolate Pie! It was my least favorite. It kinda tastes like chocolate library paste. Library paste?  I looked it up and Library Paste is indeed what I meant.

Next Glazed Pie!

Glazed Apple Pie! I don't usually like apple pie, but this was pretty good!

The pieces of apple in it don't have the usual apple pie mouth feel that I like not so much.

...

I don't like apple pies.

Glazed Pie the 3rd!

Glazed Banana Kreme Pie! My favorite of all 5! I recommend that you try to find this and buy as many as you can while they are still available (Limited Time Only!)!

It's the best Banana Kreme Pie (or banana cream pie, for that matter) I've ever had. It so creamy and banana.... and the glazed doughnut pie crust... !

Glazed Cherry Pie!

Cherry is the favorite fruit flavor for everything. It's fine. I like cherry flavor. It's pretty much always good in whatever product it resides.

Glazed pie is no different.

Glazed Lemon Pie!

When the Limited Time (only) runs out, and the Banana Kreme Glazed Pies have left us forever, my only comfort will be that the Glazed Lemon Pies will still be around. They are my second favorite. So creamy lemon that you'll wish you wish you had a time machine to stretch out the taste for infinity and you could just taste it forever. Always just as delicious, always lemon cream.

That is all of them! Go out and try them if you want something new in your life that you'll want to keep eating even though they are not at all good for you.
