In Home Alone 2 is that Kevin's Voice on the Talkboy?

A couple years ago I did a review of the Talkboy:

As I made the video I noticed that the voice on the Talkboy during the phone call to the hotel did not match Kevin's voice in the scene where he recorded it.


So today I made a new video exploring this further (with clearer audio):

I don't think that's Kevin's voice on the recording. I don't know whose voice it is. Chris Columbus'? John Hughes'? I don't know.

Your guess is as good as mine.

Is this video fair use of the audio? I never know with these things. I'd like to put commercials on this video, but I don't want to get asked to take it down.
